No. Your price is locked for as long as you stay on your plan. When we add features and raise the plan's price, you get the new features at the price you signed up at. Switching to a different plan moves you to that plan's current price.

Yes, in full, install included, if you ask within 14 days of your first payment. After day 14 the install fee isn't refundable. A monthly plan stops at the end of the month you've paid for, and that month isn't refunded. On an annual plan we refund each full month you haven't started, at the rate you paid. A month you're partway through counts as used. So if you cancel right at 6 months, you get half your annual payment back. Every refund is reviewed by our team, and Stripe says refunds usually show up on your card in 5–10 business days.
